Here are some exclusive photos taken earlier in the year that haven't been shared anywhere ... until now! These will not be shared on social media - they're a special treat for my website visitors.

Bruce the Cat, Dunedin’s most famous cat, will celebrate his third birthday on 3 November. To celebrate the milestone no one ever thought he would meet, Bruce is raising funds for local charity Cat Rescue Dunedin.
Bruce shot to internet stardom after being found on a footpath when he was just one day old. At first he was fed with a tiny syringe and then a little bottle as he was slowly nursed to health. In the meantime his story went viral online, and he now has 39K Facebook fans and 5K Instagram fans. He has even had a story book, Bruce Finds A Home, written about him! In lieu of birthday presents Bruce is choosing to support local charity Cat Rescue Dunedin this year. Cat Rescue Dunedin is a registered charitable trust committed to the rescue and care of wild-born and abandoned cats and kittens. They rescue, rehabilitate, de-sex and re-home hundreds of cats and kittens each year. “Not only does Cat Rescue Dunedin support cats and kittens in need – it also helps save native birds,” Bruce says. “Getting cats off the streets is great for the cats, and it’s great for wildlife too. I hope you’ll join me in supporting the tireless Cat Rescue volunteers in their work to make Dunedin a better place for vulnerable animals.” After reaching his initial fundraising target of $300 in just two days, Bruce now hopes to raise $600 for Cat Rescue Dunedin - $200 for every year of his short but adventurous life. The Givealittle fundraiser closes on 6 November. Visit Bruce’s Givealittle page. Photograph by Kalee Jackson. You guys voted on your favourite photos on Facebook, and now here they are!
![]() My story has been featured on all sorts of websites, but I never thought I'd be sharing my tale in the New Zealand Woman's Weekly! But my handsome face is featured three times in this week's edition. I have to say the photographer was a lot more professional than the usual amateurs (mum and dad) that I have to deal with. He did an excellent job capturing my sleek coat. (My mum's in the article too, but I think we all know who the real star of the show is.) Click here to find out more about 'Bruce Finds A Home'. I had a pawsome Auckland book launch at The Dorothy Butler Book Shop last Sunday! I'm looking forward to the Dunedin launch at The University Book Shop this Saturday 17 February at 10.30am (all welcome). But where can you get my book if you don't live in Auckland or Dunedin? Well, you can get it at all good New Zealand bookshops ... and you can also buy it online! Too easy! Here are the stockists I'm currently aware of:
And of course you can buy it on this website (just click 'shop' on the top right). Can you figure out how many cats are in this video?
