![]() My story has been featured on all sorts of websites, but I never thought I'd be sharing my tale in the New Zealand Woman's Weekly! But my handsome face is featured three times in this week's edition. I have to say the photographer was a lot more professional than the usual amateurs (mum and dad) that I have to deal with. He did an excellent job capturing my sleek coat. (My mum's in the article too, but I think we all know who the real star of the show is.) Click here to find out more about 'Bruce Finds A Home'.

Thanks to the generosity of our Kickstarter backers we were able to donate SEVENTY-THREE Bruce Finds A Home books to the Animal Rescue Network! The Animal Rescue Network will be able to use the books for their fundraising, which will help them continue their work of caring for cats and kittens in need. We ended up handing the books over in a car-park in the rain, which wasn't very photo-worthy, so Sharon from the Network took these photos afterwards. I hope the books passed their inspection!
What a purrrfect book launch it was at Dunedin's University Bookshop today! I was too busy napping to attend personally, but my stand-ins (the knitted toys pictured in the middle photo above) did a great job.
Bruce Finds A Home is now available in all good bookshops. You can also buy it online here: The New Zealand Woman's Weekly is giving away four copies of my children's picture book, 'Bruce Finds A Home'.
Pick up a copy of the magazine for entry details. Lots of people have asked me how I changed colour from grey to black. This video reveals all! I had a pawsome Auckland book launch at The Dorothy Butler Book Shop last Sunday! I'm looking forward to the Dunedin launch at The University Book Shop this Saturday 17 February at 10.30am (all welcome). But where can you get my book if you don't live in Auckland or Dunedin? Well, you can get it at all good New Zealand bookshops ... and you can also buy it online! Too easy! Here are the stockists I'm currently aware of:
And of course you can buy it on this website (just click 'shop' on the top right). I hope to see some of you at my book launches!
